We had an excellent experience with Extension. All of the items we ordered arrived exactly as expected. There were no surprises. They were very nice to work with and very professional. We had a video conference call together at 9PM Eastern (US) and 9AM Shenzhen time and they showed me around their facility. Their place looked very professional and well organized. We were nervous to order SMT machine supplies from Shenzhen because we were worried about receiving copies of products rather than original parts made by the manufacturer. But we received original parts made by the manufacturer and were very happy with them. They've been working great in our pick and place machines. I'm really looking forward to working with Extension in the future. In fact, I'm about to place another order with them now!
